I've been working on the wedding invitations for a very awesome couple, I've known the bride for about 16 years, I guess she was about 5 or 6 when I met her and I've known her fiance for about a year. I am so excited to make the couples wedding invitations and I wanted an invitation as unique as they are. I used the Silhouette for the branch, cut out the flowers in the yellow from the same Silhouette branch and adhered them to the ivory card stock and then matted the whole invitation to java card stock. I think they decided on Option 2 - Now it's my turn to actually make them!!! I can't believe that February is gone and that I have 2 months to make 200 invites! Yikes!

The other 3 pictures are projects that I did for Pages from the Heart - I used the Resolution release and tried to think of different ways to use the dies. The release was a challenge - I had to really put my thinking cap on to think of different ways to use the dies but in the end I had more ideas than I had time! My two favorites in that release were the Apples and the Sun, but the Alarm Clock was pretty close and I think that the Door Hanger is super fun - you could do gift tags or a newly wed "Do Not Disturb", a new Baby "Shhh" door hanger so people don't ring the bell or a teenager "Keep Out" sign. Again, endless options!

Also, we turned in our class samples of the Spring Card Class to Collective Journeys today - if you liked the Hedgehog card you should definitely sign up!
Happy Sunday! My boys are watching trash trucks on YouTube and I can't pass up sharing in the "Cool-cool!" exclamations!
